It's hard to beat a slow-cooked roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, and sides for a Sunday dinner. If you're not a roast person, you likely haven't had it cooked right. When done well, it should be tender and melt in your mouth. BBQ chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, and more is a perfect meal to eat outdoors with family and friends in the summertime. Below are links to both of these menus. Landon's favorite meal is quintessentially Southern - fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mac n' cheese, greens, corn on the cob fresh from the garden, and loads of other fresh garden produce - whatever is in season. When you finally get hungry again later that night, don't forget cornbread in your milk for a bedtime snack!
